1. Technical Steps for Contract Conclusion

The sales contract between the user and the seller is concluded through the following steps:

  • The user browses the nottesud website and views the product page with all information (description, price, variants).
  • The user selects the desired variant (color, quantity) and clicks "Add to bag".
  • The user opens the bag (cart drawer) and clicks "Go to checkout".
  • The user is redirected to Shopify's secure checkout.
  • The user enters shipping details and selects the payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal).
  • The user verifies the order summary (products, quantity, total price, any shipping costs for extra-EU).
  • The user confirms the order and proceeds with payment.
  • The user receives an order confirmation email at the provided address: this email constitutes acceptance of the order by the seller and conclusion of the contract.

2. Contract Archiving

The order confirmation email sent to the user constitutes the registration of the concluded contract. The buyer can access their order details at any time via the Shopify order status page, the link to which is contained in the confirmation email.

The seller retains documentation related to each order for a period of 10 years, in accordance with the tax obligations established by Presidential Decree 600/73.

3. Technical Means for Correcting Data Entry Errors

Before order confirmation, the user can:

  • Modify the content of the cart (quantity, selected variant) from the cart drawer.
  • Modify the shipping and billing data entered in the checkout.
  • Abandon the purchase process at any time.

After order confirmation, the user is invited to promptly contact the seller at the email address dmilitello04@gmail.com to request any corrections.

4. Languages Available for Contract Conclusion

The contract can be concluded in Italian.

5. Codes of Conduct

The seller does not adhere to specific codes of conduct pursuant to art. 12, paragraph 1, letter f) of Legislative Decree 70/2003.
